Wrap Around labels
Wrap around labels are designed to fully encircle containers, providing seamless coverage and consistent brand presentation. At LabelGraphics Caribe, we manufacture wrap around labels using flexographic and digital printing processes, ensuring precise registration, strong adhesion and high-quality graphics. These labels are ideal for bottles, cans and cylindrical packaging used in food, beverage and consumer product applications, delivering reliable performance at high production speeds.
Flexible packaging
Flexible packaging labels are designed to adapt to a wide range of packaging formats while maintaining durability, print quality and performance. At LabelGraphics Caribe, we manufacture flexible packaging labels using flexographic and digital printing processes, suitable for films and substrates used in food, consumer goods and industrial applications. Shrink Sleeve Labels
Shrink sleeve labels provide full-body coverage and 360-degree brand visibility by conforming tightly to the shape of the container when heat is applied. At LabelGraphics Caribe, we manufacture shrink sleeve labels with high-quality printing and precise registration, ensuring vibrant graphics and consistent performance. These labels are ideal for containers with complex shapes and are widely used in food, beverage and consumer product packaging where strong shelf impact and durability are required.
Sequential Labels
Any printed label can have a barcode printed on it. At LabelGraphics Caribe, we can print static barcodes, such as UPC barcodes, on consumer products, as well as consecutively numbered and sequential labels.
White Labels
Blank self-adhesive labels are available in a wide variety of colors, materials, shapes, and sizes. We offer direct thermal, thermal transfer, inkjet, and laser implantable styles. The UL Recognized Component blank labels and compatible ribbons are also provided for clients who need to print their own UL Recognized Component labels.
Calibration Labels
Used to document calibration and preventative maintenance on tools, instruments, and machines. If additional durability is needed to protect the surface and the ink, LabelGraphics Caribe can provide labels with a self-laminating feature. Top coated polyester and vinyl can accept handwriting and stamps that are incredible and non-smudging. We can also add a self-laminating feature to the label to protect the printing and it can’t be altered.
Digital Label Printing
Digital labels offer multiple advantages, including economical short run printing that eliminates the need to purchase printing plates. It also offers unique capabilities including personalization and consecutive numbering, barcoding or mass serialization. We offer a variety of materials, adhesives, coatings and laminates.
Direct Thermal Labels
Direct thermal labels are typically used for short-lived applications such as hospital labs, shipping labels, or point-of-use pricing and scale labels. We offer custom solutions including special shapes and sizes, pre-printed static information, and non-standard roll diameters and core sizes.
Domed Labels
A thick, crystal-clear, polyurethane dome is applied to each label, providing a highly durable and unique appearance that enhances your brand. This dome protects the priting and provides a 3D label.
Foil Labels
Foil label materials add richness and visual “pop” top your graphic. Foils are available in gloss and matte finishes and can be tinted a variety of colors to meet design objectives. We provide custom foil label consulations to make sure you get the best product for your label needs.
Graphic Overlays
Control panel labels are commonly used to identify switches, knobs, lights, and controls on equipment. They may include membrane switches or have holes for switches or screws. They can also have clear areas for indicator lights or other custom design features. Our control panel labels are designed to your requirements. An Application Specialist will consult with you every step of the way from the first phone call through the determination of all materials and the printing process to delivery of the labels.
Harsh Environment Labels
Harsh environment labels are designed to provide long-term durability. They also resist moisture, solvents, weather, abrasion, and fading from exposure to UV light. We make these labels unique to your specifications. These labels can be manufactured with protective clear lamination of varying thicknesses and materials, depending on the application.
Offset Printing
We manufacture custom blank or preprinted direct thermal labels in a variety of different materials. These labels can be designed for short-term uses or be made from high performance films paired with industrial-grade adhesives for long-lasting durability. We can also supply thermal transfer ribbons and kit them together with your labels so each carton contains just the right amount ribbons and labels, which eliminates waste and out-of-stock situations.
Pinfeed Labels
Although usage of this type of label has diminished as new printer technology has offered alternatives, we are able to accommodate pinfeed and fan-folded label requirements with a wide variety of face stocks and adhesives to meet your needs.
Printing Plates
The transferring of a image to paper or other substrates. The plates may be made of metal, plastic, rubber, paper, and other materials. The image is put on the printing plates using photomechanical, photochemical, or laser engraving processes. The image may be positive or negative.
Ribbons
We offer three main types of thermal ribbons, ideal for different labeling needs and are used when labels last long or withstand tough environments. Most ribbons are black, though some are available in other colors.
Wax Ribbons
Best for paper labels. Economical, but must stay dry and avoid chemicals or abrasion.
Wax-Resin Ribbons
Great for coated or smooth paper. Offers better durability and some water resistance.
Resin Ribbons
Designed for plastic labels (polyester, polypropylene, vinyl). Extremely harsh and resistant, perfect for harsh conditions.
Tags
Tags can be made from many different materials such as paper, laminated foils, Tyvek, among others. Tyvek “law” tags are typically sewn into bedding and furniture upholstery and coverings. There are wide variety of tags available and our application specialist will consult with you to determine the best tag solution for your application.
Tamper-Evident and Resistant Labels
These labels show that products or packages have been opened or tampered with, and our tamper-evident labels help prevent fraud, counterfeiting, and brand theft. We offer a range of solutions in this product category, including self-voiding labels, labels made from destructible vinyl that cannot be removed or transferred to another location, and special die-cutting and destruct slits that make intact removal impossible.
Thermal Transfer Labels
We manufacture custom blank or preprinted direct thermal labels in a variety of different materials. These labels can be designed for short-term uses or be made from high performance films paired with industrial-grade adhesives for long-lasting durability. We can supply thermal trasnfer ribbon and kit them together with the label, as well as UL Recognized thermal transfer labels.
