P & L Corporation D/B/A, LabelGraphics Caribe, was purchased in April 1991 by Aniel Lugo and Spencer Purinton in support of Puerto Rico's diversified label market.

P & L Corp D/B/A LabelGraphics Caribe is a minority owned business, located in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The company is in the Flexography business as a "Label Product Identification" company and through the years has established a reputation of excellence by meeting and or exceeding commitments to its customers.

In compliance with market trends, P & L Corp entered the Eastern Caribbean label market and in 2008 founded L & DM Dominicana SRL, as an additional cost competitive source of supply in the "Product Identification" markets.

L & DM Dominicana SRL is located in San Isidro's Free Trade Zone, Dominican Republic. L & DM Dominicana is an outgrowth of two companies that share same ownership, hence the acronym L & DM.
